I don't remember if I've mentioned this already, but we had purchased a Southern California City Pass for the trip, and it also included a pass for the San Diego Zoo. We had to drive home that same day, so unfortunately we were kind of anxious to get on the road. We still had a lot of fun and took advantage of the tour bus pass that was included. A pretty cool way to see a huge zoo!
The polar bears were kind of our highlight. That big guy in the back was playing catch with himself against the windows. Pretty entertaining when we usually just see them sleeping or moping around;)
The fam! ...Wait, we're missing a couple of kids... can't wait to get home to Jack and Sadie!
Finally back home! Getting in some last-minute play time with Grandma:)
