Thanksgiving

What... is it the end of January already? Well, then, I guess it's about time to share some Thanksgiving pictures. And by "some", I mean a lot. (And if any of them are particularly good quality... they're more than likely from my brother Jeff's camera:)

We hadn't had Thanksgiving with my side of the family for six years, so it was a lot of fun planning this one. We rented a vacation home and all traveled to SEATTLE! (Some of us had a little farther to travel than others:). It was a great location, and a great time hanging out together.

Granmama playing with the kiddos

I love my happy babies

Sadie. What a funny little bug! She went through this phase (that she's pretty much out of now...sad) of puffing up her cheeks and "spitting" at everyone and everything. It was hilarious and so stinkin cute.

Practicing with Dada

Full turkey! Love 'em when they're sleeping;)

Karin and Jenesse workin' in the kitchen (oops... pretend not to notice whatever that was boiling over in the pot)

Jack-Jack and Papa

More kitchen time. 'Cuz isn't that where we spend most of the holidays? Whether we're preparing, eating, or cleaning up...

The feast! Rob, Jenesse, Karin, Jim, Guy, Mom, and Dad. Because of our timing and other obstacles (power outtages, etc), we ended up doing the official turkey dinner days later. Still just as tasty!

Mamaw taking the kids on a little hunt.  See those windows along the back of the house there?...

THIS was our view from them during the day. A-ma-zing! And every morning we'd spot 8 or so seals sunbathing on that little dock out there.

(Oh, don't worry. We're not even close to being done with the pictures from this weekend.)
